Job Description:
- Collect specimens according to established procedures. This includes, but not limited to: drug screens, blood samples, processing pathology and cytology samples.
- Data entry and processing specimens including: labeling, centrifuging, splitting, and freezing specimens as required by test order.
- Perform verification of patient demographic info / initials including patient signature post-venipuncture to verify tubes were labeled in their presence and that the name on the label is correct.
- Qualifications:
- 6 Months of experience working as Phlebotomist is mandatory.
- Phlebotomy Certification Preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31200.00 - $41600.00
All full-time employee working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for benefits. As a new hire, you are eligible for benefits on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. Additionally, you may enroll during your annual Open Enrollment period for an April 1st effective date.
