What are the responsibilities and job description for the Process Engineer position at Actalent?
Description:
Technical Services Engineer will focus on providing engineering support for a commercialization project as well as manage implementation associated with BECS/BBCS. This will include responsibility for writing and performing Installation and Operation Qualifications, writing equipment use and maintenance procedures, and assisting in establishing manufacturing procedures, inspection procedures, training modules, and BECS/BBCS software procedures.
Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Development to support activities in equipment qualification and implementation.
Ensure compliance of all practices to the Quality Management System. Ensure comprehensive documentation is available, adequate records are produced, and change management is implemented.
Interpret internal customer feedback to define user needs and requirements as part of a cross-functional team.
Become a subject matter expert for the applicable equipment and software’s.
Write and execute equipment IOQ protocols and reports. Write equipment use and maintenance Standard Operating Procedures.
Establish Standard Operating Procedures and training modules for BECS/BBCS.
Assist project lead in establishing manufacturing and inspection procedures as well as software related procedures.
