Process Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for a Process Engineer who understands Process Control Plans (PCP), process/product validation, and approved improvement projects. You will handle day-to-day problem resolution by ensuring PCP and follow-up, identifying deviations, and issuing yellow or red cards depending on the resolution status. You will solve gaps in PCPs and propose changes for process improvements. For each process, you will identify areas of improvement based on customer returns, production performance, or process capability. You will update PCP for each improvement and drive standardization and sustainability after implementing new processes.
