We are seeking a motivated and qualified Project Manager who wants a challenging and rewarding career opportunity to join a dynamic team working with the latest technology in automotive testing. As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing the verification and validation test plan according to the defined project deliverables. This includes identifying resources, securing the budget, and coordinating the efforts of team members to deliver results according to plan. Main responsibilities include managing and securing all activities for verification and validation of features and vehicle regulations, delivering project requirements with quality on-time delivery, maintaining cost and fulfilling vehicle feature targets, managing all incoming test requests through a risk management approach, defining test plan prioritization, proactively communicating project risks, representing the Complete Vehicle organization in project management teams, identifying necessary resources and related costs, leading feature reviews, and ensuring that project time plans cover all necessary activities.
Hard Skills
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5-8 years of project management experience (automotive industry preferred)
- Quality tool skills (Risk analysis, FMEA, Project Assurance quality)
- Experience with DVP methodology
- Familiarity with North American automotive safety regulations (FMVSS/CMVSS)
