Description:
The program manager will launch and track introduction of new manufacturing processes. This scope includes processes initiated through new product launch activates on new equipment or new lines. Tracking includes monitoring the change process in ensuring that appropriate approvals, review, validation, and company best practices for quality and documentation are followed.
As part of this job function, the manager will lead the pre-build planning meeting to ensure that each build is properly supported across all departments to accomplish the stated goal for product shipment, data collection, and process development. The manager will be the launch site manager at the manufacturing plant, and will be expected to be in a leadership role for global cross functional meetings both internal and with the customer.
This position will focus on launch of OEM products so communication will be regular with OEM, internal Design and Production Team, and others involved with launch.

Prior experience with Quality or Production Engineering
