What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at Actalent?
Description:
Under the direction of management, exercises responsibility for execution of engineering strategies and tactical plans on site. This position develops priorities and objectives in cooperation with each site management team and oversees implementation throughout the engineering departments. This person will be the "face" of the engineering department and must understand engineering terminology along with proficient in excel and document control.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Cost analysis for the engineering departments
- Providing support for engineering staff requests
- Writing CA's for the engineering departments
- Organization of departmental engineering projects
- PE operations meeting material and organization
- Lead Engineering meetings
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience with program management/project leading
Associates Degree within a related field
