Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing the building process of various construction projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors during the planning and design phases, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations, and managing the construction process from groundbreaking to completion.

Hard Skills

• Ground-Up Construction Expertise: Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors during the planning and design phases. Ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations. Managing the construction process from groundbreaking to completion.
• Cost Estimating: Providing accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses. Conducting value engineering and cost analysis to optimize project budgets.
• Scheduling: Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules (CPM scheduling). Coordinating subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections to keep projects on track.
• Project Support: Addressing any punch list items during the closeout phase. Finalizing documentation, including warranties and maintenance guides. Facilitating financial settlements.

This is a fully on-site position in Camarillo, California.

Work Environment

Culture: Very close, attrition has been very low for them and people usually don't leave. Team Size: 4-5 includes CEO, VP, GM and other PMs. Dress Code: Professional construction. Hours/Shift: 7am start time.
