Job Title: Project Manager - Product Development
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee product development from project kick-off to completion, ensuring timing, quantity, cost, and KPI targets are achieved. The successful candidate will develop and maintain project timelines using MS Project, following a Stage Gate approach. You will lead all project meetings with internal and external partners, facilitating seamless integration between Marketing, Product Development (PD), R&D, Packaging, and Operations. Additionally, you will manage the costing process for each project, consistently challenge and reduce development lead-times, elevate risks and bottlenecks, and ensure all cost, quality, and service requirements are met or exceeded.

Job Type
This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in East Windsor, New Jersey and some days remote.
Work Environment
This role offers the flexibility to work from home two days a week and requires in-office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Additionally, you will have Fridays off until September 30. You will be overseeing 20-25 active projects.
