Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Quality Control Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for obtaining samples of incoming raw materials and performing QC tests to ensure their suitability for production. Post-testing, these materials will be used to build batches, and the final products will undergo additional QC testing before dispatch. Each technician will focus on one product, which has 12 different variations for testing. Your role includes conducting physical tests such as modulus, FTIR, viscosity particle size analysis, refractive index, UV-VIS, colorimetry, and adhesion testing. Additionally, you will maintain a log for the calibration of instruments and generate certificates of analysis based on the collected data.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Environment

Shift: 7AM-4PM with a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. You will work in a lab setting within a warehouse facility alongside one other person who will transition to a lead role. Steel-toed boots/shoes are required, and uniforms will be provided.
