Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician

Job Description

The QA Lab Technician will perform numerous duties within the facility, adhering to cGMP and BRC standards. The role includes performing QC checks on the floor, lab testing of raw materials and in-process products, updating SOPs, conducting internal audits, performing investigations and root-cause analysis, and completing data entry/reporting via Excel. The technician will engage in cross-functional communication with all manufacturing departments and leadership, working both independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

The plant operates 24/7, and this position is for the 2nd shift, running from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. The schedule will either be Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday. The team includes an Assistant Quality Manager and three technicians per shift. In compliance with GMP guidelines, candidates will not be able to wear any artificial nails, eyelashes, or visible jewelry, and must wear closed-toed shoes, long pants, and long-sleeve shirts. A uniform and freezer jackets will be provided as the role involves frequent entry and exit from the freezer throughout the day.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.20 - $21.70/hr.
