Description:
QC Lab Tech Job Description
· In lab conducting QC testing routine and non-routine chemistry and microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process formulations and final products to established specifications
· UV-VIS, Atomic Absorption, FTIR, TLC, Polarimeter, Autotitrator, Karl Fischer, LOD, Melting Point, Column Chromatography
· Will compile lab results
· Will make sure lab results are within specifications
· Will make sure testing, materials, and, results are within compliance.
Skills & Qualifications
Must have a Chemistry degree and/or experience in a GMP environment
· Experience with environmental monitoring is a plus
· Ability to work in a fast paced work environment - They are typically getting through at least 300 tests as a lab in a week.
· Super clean environment as they are FDA regulated.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelors degree in chemistry or science degree with equivalent chemistry experience
