Job Title: Quality Control Line Tech

Job Description

Assist the Quality Systems Supervisor in directing all activities of Quality personnel. Train QC Techs, assist in the disposition of all raw materials, components, and finished products as directed by the Supervisor. Assist in developing and maintaining Master Product Records for all products manufactured at the facility. Perform quality checks using weight, measurement, and visual inspections. Document results and tests accurately and timely. Communicate quality variances to management and monitor processes to ensure compliance with the quality system. Operate testing equipment such as pH meter, balance, vacuum test equipment, etc. Ensure identification and traceability of material on the production line. Create visual tools and aides to assist the production line.

Work Environment

The hours for this position are 6:30am to 4:30pm, Monday-Thursday. The work environment includes working with various testing equipment such as pH meter, balance, vacuum test equipment, etc. Kleen Test Products promotes 20% of its workforce every year and has four facilities in Southeast, WI. They have never had a formal lay-off.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $41600.00/yr.
