***AEROSPACE QUALITY MANAGER***
Description:
The team is currently seeking a Quality Manager who will lead a combined 20 direct and indirect reports that includes both exempt and non-exempt positions.
Responsibilities will include:
- Deliver the vision and maintenance of the Quality Management System program for the US Aerospace operation.
- Develop and implement a quality organization structure capable of supporting our strategic initiatives.
- Lead the quality organization on day-to-day basis, integrating quality into the daily production process and driving accountability across the team.
- Champion all Department KPIs -including safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale
- Drive process maturity and capability through the analysis of quality KPIs (Plan Do Check Act)
- Manage and continuously improve non-conformances and high-risk areas throughout the operation.
- Create a positive work environment that inspires the team to grow in confidence, product knowledge, communication and collaboration with other functional areas.
- Ensure accountability and consistent compliance with Company policies and local work rules.
- Responsible for delivering on quality project timelines.
- Create and maintain effective quality training resources, ensuring compliance with all quality certification requirements.
- Other projects and miscellaneous tasks as assignment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelors in Engineering, Quality, or related Field
2. 5 years of Manufacturing Quality Experience
3. 5 years of managing 20 direct/indirect reports.
4. AS9100 (Aerospace) quality standards experience

1. Governments contracts regulations- FAR/DFAR
2. Masters Degree
