Quality Technician

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Quality Technician to join our growing team. This role will interface in a collaborative team-based environment with the Operations, Quality, and Engineering Teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving and inspection of incoming raw materials (25% of the time).
• Support other Quality functions like QMS documentation, CAPA support, or validation activities (75% of the time).
• Prepare engineering and test samples.
• Record test results and compare them to acceptance criteria.
• Print and verify finished product labeling.
• Review and approve Product Lot Folders.
• Support equipment installation and qualification activities.
• Assist in the development of internal and supplier-based quality plans.

Essential Skills

• Experience with QMS, documentation, and receiving inspection.
• Proficiency with measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers.
• Good documentation skills.
• Self-starter mentality and ability to wear multiple hats.
• Experience in a Quality Technician role, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Support labeling activities.
• Understanding of CAPA processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Preferred 2-year degree.
• 2 years of experience working in a Quality Technician role.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
