Description:
Site Superintendent for a ground up residential project in Manhattan
-Build out construction projects as per design, with safety, within budget, and on schedule.
-Walk Job Sites and Ensure Safety Regulations and Enforce site safety rules
-Maintain coordination between all stakeholders: Owners, designers, NYM executives, and subcontractors.
-Communicate with Trades and Subcontractors
-Conduct a weekly subcontractor coordination meeting.
-Prepare agenda and meeting minutes (Office help if needed)
-RFIs and Submittals through Procore
-Daily work reports with photos
-Scheduling and Two Week Look Aheads
-Punchlists and close out documentation when project is complete
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-Mixed Use or Residential Construction Experience Preferred
-DOB License
