Now looking for an experienced, safety-orientated Superintendent to join our growing construction team at our Chandler jobsite on a new construction project for one of the largest semiconductor companies in the world.one of the Southwest's largest specialty general contractors with offices in New Mexico, Arizona, and Nevada. Since 1990 we have proudly completed thousands of projects in the advanced technology, manufacturing, industrial, cleanroom, healthcare, education, and general office build-out industries, making us a trusted partner, brand, and employer.

Description:
- Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with Owner, end users, and project team members for day to day scheduling of work activities.
- Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work.
- Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
- Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.
- Assist in hiring.
- Assist with setup and monitoring of ICRA requirements.
- Participate at preconstruction meetings with each subcontractor.
- Open the site everyday and secure the jobsite at the end of every day.
- Assist in budgeting, bidding, and award of contracts.
- Assist in obtaining permits or approval of revisions.
