Job Title: Survey CAD Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Survey Tech I to join our team. This role requires significant field experience and the ability to work in various weather conditions. The ideal candidate will be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and proficient in using hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather field data
• Stake boundary and construction lines
• Follow directions of the crew chief

Essential Skills

• Civil drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience with water, sewer, roadway, and land development projects
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in difficult weather conditions

Work Environment

You will work in a clean office located in Mesa, AZ. The role requires physical mobility to inspect and survey construction sites, which may include rocky or uneven surfaces, stepping or climbing over ledges, and curbs. You will also need the vision to interpret computer screens, written documents, engineering drawings, and inspect work projects, as well as manual dexterity to accurately input, retrieve, and verify work assignments into a personal computer, operate survey equipment, drafting tools, calculators, and vehicles.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
