Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Land Surveyor / CADD Drafter to join our team. You will be responsible for conducting topographical surveys, property boundaries, and construction layouts using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Your duties will include downloading and uploading survey data into AutoCAD, researching land records, and coordinating with engineers and project managers. This position involves a mix of fieldwork and office tasks.
Hard Skills

Job Type
This is a contract position with a duration of 9 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Shelton, Connecticut.
Work Environment
You will join an 8-person firm where most of your time will be spent in the field with some computer work in the office. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM, with occasional weekend work as needed. You will work alongside the survey manager on various job sites throughout CT and occasionally in NY. Job sites could range from construction sites to wooded areas and will require physical activity.
