Survey Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proficient Survey Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in both field and office survey work, strong skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson software, and the ability to prepare proposals and job estimates. Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee survey projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare proposals and job estimates for survey projects.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson software for project drafting and management.
• Conduct topographic, ALTA, and land development surveys.
• Coordinate and supervise field survey activities.
• Ensure compliance with state survey licensure requirements.

Essential Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of survey experience in both the field and office.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson software.
• Excellent computer skills.
• State Survey license or ability to obtain State license.
• Experience with proposal preparation and job estimates.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong project management skills.
• Expertise in land surveying, topographic surveys, and land development.
• Knowledge of survey software and engineering principles.

Work Environment

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
