Job Title: Technology Designer

Job Description

A Technology Designer will focus on designing complex building systems within a multidisciplinary MEP consulting environment, emphasizing Information Technology systems infrastructure and spatial coordination. The role requires proficiency in Revit and experience with commercial projects, particularly in technology systems and healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

• Design complex building systems using Revit within a multidisciplinary MEP consulting environment.
• Coordinate spatial requirements and design of building systems.
• Work on projects that focus on Information Technology systems infrastructure.
• Engage in healthcare and higher education projects.
• Develop Revit MEP family and resolve Navisworks coordination issues.

Essential Skills

• 1-5 years of experience with commercial buildings, ideally 2-5 years.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience or interest in Information Technology systems infrastructure.
• Understanding of building systems spatial requirements and design coordination.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• RCDD, CTS, PSP, or CNIDP certification (nice to have).
• Experience with Revit MEP family development is a plus.
• Experience with Navisworks coordination resolution is a plus.
• Knowledge of NEC, TIA, BICSI standards is a plus.

The Denver office consists of 39 people, with 75% of projects related to healthcare, 20% to higher education, and 5% to mission-critical and office buildings. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
