Description
**Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and document ATE and ICT (HP/Keysight 3070) fixtures.
- Develop and debug ATE and ICT software programs.
- Implement cutting-edge test methodologies.
- Design, fabricate, test, and debug manufacturing testers.
- Provide support to other departments as needed (Manufacturing, Design, etc.).
- Oversee prototype and pilot production activities.
- Assess new product designs (documentation and equipment).
- Create test development plans in collaboration with design and manufacturing teams.
- Specify manufacturing processes.
- Generate test procedures and test data sheets.
- Perform time and cost estimates.
- Regularly train Testers and Technicians on Electronic Theory and Product Operation.
**Qualifications:**
- Over 7 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth understanding of both analog and digital electronic circuits and design.
- Strong programming skills in both low and high-level programming languages.
- Ability to apply statistical analysis methods to enhance process control.
- Proficiency in programming ATE test systems.
- Proficiency in programming embedded test systems and XJTAG.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify cause and effect relationships and develop potential process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required, EE preferred).
- Master's degree in Engineering (preferred).
