Job Title: Test Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Test Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. Your primary role will be to manage the design and programming of LabVIEW-based test systems, working closely with other Test Engineers to ensure alignment with existing programming solutions. In addition, you will review designs from other associates, offering insights to improve these designs. You will also be expected to read and interpret electrical schematics, troubleshoot system issues, recommend improvements, and provide thorough documentation while tracking project progress.

Hard Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to program in LabVIEW (3 year experience in a job setting)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• Experience with test system development

Soft Skills

• Ability to work in a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to offer insights and improvements

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Woodridge, Illinois.
