Description:
- 5 Years of minimum of site development including Wet Utilities
- Running job start to finish
- Communicating and coordinating with General Contractors
- Scheduling sub contractors and others (inspectors Etc.)
- Knowledge of Heavy Job
- Knowledge of GPS
Skills:
grading, project scheduling, safety management, utility construction, sewer system, water system, Commercial construction
Qualifications:
A big plus would be that this person would have underground utility construction experience. Specially dealing with sewer and water systems. This would need to come from a background of commercial construction.
