We are seeking a passionate BCBA Clinical Director to lead our clinical team and expand the availability of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to Denver, CO!

- You will be the clinical counterpart to our Operations Manager in the center, helping to lead the team and make important decisions regarding how your center runs.
- You will engage, mentor, and inspire our team of BCBAs and RBTs while also handling a client caseload of 3 patients.
- You will be in charge of clinical quality compliance in their center, ensuring we are providing the TOP level of clinical excellence to our children.
- You will provide clinical training to all team members and set standards for your center’s clinical quality
- Complete initial and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools
- Collect data and creating individualized treatment plans for each child
- Provide 15 treatment hours per week for your clients
- Provide Family Guidance on a consistent basis
- Collaborate and problem solve with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values
- Assist with Intakes, as well as discharge and Transition Planning for children on your caseload

- Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) with at least 3 years of experience after BCBA certification and at least 6 years of ABA industry experience.

- Pay: $85,000-$100,000 PLUS bonus potential of up to $12,500
