Responsibilities of our Behavior Therapist role:
- Applying the principles of ABA therapy and behavioral science to help children with Autism reach their full potential
- Working alongside our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA’s) to collect data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
- Providing 1:1 therapy in a center-based setting
- We specialize in early intervention (ages 18 months - 8 years old)
- Collaborating with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values

Pay ranges are based on experience and the highest level of completed education:
$17.00 – 23.50 Associates/High School Diploma Track
$18.25 – 25.50 Bachelors Degree Track
$19.25 – 27.00 Masters Degree Track
