We are a local wood flooring manufacturing company looking to hire production line workers for our finish and rough end departments. Ideal candidates must have a driver’s license, be dependable and able to work regular 6 am to 2:30 pm shifts. Starting wage is $17.00 per hour plus full time employer sponsored benefits and non-discretionary bonuses such as biweekly perfect attendance bonus, safety milestone awards, and employee referral program.

Finish End Position:
- End Matching
- Grading
- Nesting
- Strapping (involves lifting up to 55 pounds)
Rough End Position:
- Edging thrower (removing scrap after cuts have been completed by the machinery)
- Eagle Scanner operator
- Matcher Feeder
- Rip Saw Operator
- Rip Sawyer
