What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Laborer position at Washburn Iron Works?
General laborer works as part of a team, generally with one other employee. Must be reliable and able to work well with others. Most positions start at 6am. Overtime is available for those that would like more hours and pay. May be assigned to other duties depending upon production needs for the day. Hourly wage of $18.80 includes production/attendance bonus for those that work at least 8 hours each scheduled day in the pay period.
