What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool Teacher position at Acton Learn and Play Preschool?
Learn and Play Preschool in Acton, MA is looking for a part-time preschool teacher. The hours are Monday through Friday 7:30/8:30-1/1:30 with two afternoons available if more hours are needed. We are a small school which opened in 2004 and was renovated from a house. It is a cheerful, quaint, happy environment for the children and teachers! The school has approximately 50 families, one toddler, one preschool and one pre-k class. There are 9 friendly, supportive, creative and amazing teachers! We are looking for someone who is friendly, easy to get along with and knows how to be a team player! The teacher must be great with children and parents and have excellent communication skills. It is essential that the teacher be reliable and flexible. Candidates must be teacher qualified or have credentials to become teacher qualified through MA Early Education and Care. We are looking for a preschool teacher who can begin between August 29th-September 8th.
