Little Sprouts is seeking a Certified Preschool Teacher to join our team in Wilmington. Little Sprouts is a network of 39 New England Early Learning Centers that prioritizes employee experience. Our School Director in Wilmington has over 30 years of experience in ECE and is a trusted and dedicated mentor. Our school is easily accessible off Route 93, close to local restaurants, and much more!
Competitive Pay Range: $19-$22 /per hour for EEC Certified Candidates.

- Communicate with families and caregivers in person and digitally.
- Foster an environment that promotes a love of learning by Implementing our child-focused educational approach, rooted in social-emotional learning, STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics) curriculum, and nature-based learning.
- Candidates must pass required state and company background checks.
- EEC teacher certification or requirements completed to be submitted for review.
- Skilled in play-based learning approaches and social-emotional education.
- Must have a high school diploma, GED, or be enrolled in classes.
- Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.
- Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds multiple times a day.
