The Ellensburg Daily Record is looking for a trained reporter who understands the need for solid community journalism.
We work hard to cover the news relevant to the lives of Ellensburg and Kittitas County residents. We want to know how local governments spend our money, how schools teach our children and what is happening in this beautiful place. We post news online as it happens, share it on social media and then put together a print edition for our subscribers.
Today’s daily newspaper reporter needs to understand the rules of reporting, be very familiar with AP Style and have the ability to shoot photos and video as needed.

Candidate must pass background and drug screening and have reliable transportation.
This is a full-time position with health, dental and vision insurance, 401K and accrued PTO. Pay range is $17 to $20 an hour.
