Sales Support – Hayward WI
The Sawyer County Record in Hayward WI is looking for an outgoing person to join our team. Our diverse array of products includes print, digital and social media. This position works with publications, legal advertising, obituaries, specialty advertising projects and general office duties. Applicants should be able to work under deadline. This is a full-time position, Monday thru Friday with benefits, including medical and paid time off.
Essential Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day operations; fostering strong, collaborative relationships between all departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and in-person communications both internally and externally to maintain a professional image.
- Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications.
- Acquire new advertising customers and service existing advertising customers through a phone based relationship.
- Maintains contact with customers and outside vendors.
- Works directly with internal and external customers requiring professionalism and clear communications while representative of APG Media, LLC
