What You'll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including procurement-related contracts and nondisclosure agreements
- Apply internal contracting standards while thoughtfully adapting to real-world business needs
- Work closely with attorneys, business stakeholders, and external counsel to move matters forward efficiently
- Provide timely legal input that supports operational teams and keeps projects on track
- Research and advise on legal, policy, and compliance questions that surface throughout the contract lifecycle
- Assess and apply key commercial terms affecting delivery, ownership, and risk in agreements tied to goods and services
- Communicate clearly with internal partners to support informed, business-minded decisions
- Balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and sound judgment
Who Thrives Here

- Juris Doctor (JD) and active California bar license
- 3 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
