Your Mission:


You'll be the driving force behind their administrative tasks and sales responsibilities. From order entry to inventory management, you'll ensure seamless operations while also making impactful sales contributions.


What You'll Do:


  • Dive into administrative tasks like order entry and inventory updates.
  • Manage sales responsibilities including inventory management, contract sales, and calling current clients.
  • Maintain open order reports, expedite orders, and initiate sales leads.
  • Collaborate closely with outside sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct site visits and travel as needed to support clients alongside outside sales representative.
  • Reach out to customers to obtain information needed for accounts.
  • Make account adjustments in system.
  • Provide updates and resolve customer inquiries.

  • A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
