Your Mission:
You'll be the driving force behind their administrative tasks and sales responsibilities. From order entry to inventory management, you'll ensure seamless operations while also making impactful sales contributions.
What You'll Do:
- Dive into administrative tasks like order entry and inventory updates.
- Manage sales responsibilities including inventory management, contract sales, and calling current clients.
- Maintain open order reports, expedite orders, and initiate sales leads.
- Collaborate closely with outside sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits and travel as needed to support clients alongside outside sales representative.
- Reach out to customers to obtain information needed for accounts.
- Make account adjustments in system.
- Provide updates and resolve customer inquiries.
