Responsibilities
- Oversee the tracking, processing, and reconciliation of deductions such as discounts, returns, and allowances.
- Support full-cycle AR processes, including invoicing, payment posting, and collections.
- Efficiently handle high volumes of invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve deduction discrepancies and address payment inquiries.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to deductions and payments.
- Process and distribute Form 1099s in line with IRS regulations.
- Assist in allocating expenses to projects or cost centers for precise cost tracking.
- Contribute to financial reports and analysis to support business decisions.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance deductions and AR processes.
- 1 years in accounting or AR roles, with a focus on deductions management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong Excel Skills
- Strong experience in managing and reconciling deductions.
- Proven ability to manage a large volume of transactions with accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills for effective vendor interaction.
