Scheduler

A leading commercial general contractor is expanding its presence in Cincinnati and looking to hire a dedicated Scheduler to support a growing portfolio of high-profile projects across the state.

You’ll work closely with project directors, superintendents, preconstruction, and operations leadership; playing a critical role in ensuring timelines stay on track, risks are identified early, and stakeholders stay aligned from kickoff through completion.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Create and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6
• Facilitate planning with project teams, architects, consultants, and subs
• Develop critical paths, flag risks, and build schedule recovery plans
• Collaborate across departments-precon, ops, VDC, and high-performance
• Contribute to staffing discussions, resource alignment, and internal training
• Help drive process improvements and standardization in scheduling

What We’re Looking For:

• 6 years of experience in commercial construction scheduling
• Proficiency in Primavera or other scheduling tool(s) (ASTA, cost-loaded scheduling a plus)
• Strong communication, critical path analysis, and coordination skills
• Experience with industrial, healthcare, or education sector builds a plus
• PMI or AACEI certification preferred
