Payrate: $45.00- $50.00/hr.
Summary:
Specialist will manage real estate (pre-construction) efforts in support of Client's's 4G/5G IBV macro and/or small cell new build and/or modification programs and service improvements in the Southwest Submarket (AZ, NM and Southern NV). This involves vendor oversight of site acquisition and A&E partners to successfully navigate various milestones to get to a “Real Estate Complete” work product. Work involves supervising third party vendors in performing due diligence, negotiating leases or amendments, managing work flow forecasts, and obtaining governmental approvals and permits. Specialist is expected to work as a self-starter to drive their projects and effectively prioritize multiple competing projects. Must be able to collaborate with other internal teams to achieve successful outcomes. Role will include PO management. Assist with special projects as they arise.
This is a Hybrid role based in Chandler, AZ.

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $45.00- $50.00 /hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Required Skills:
- Must have telecom/wireless experience with strong project management experience; prior experience managing site acquisition agents and other vendors is preferred.
- Ideal candidate will have previous carrier experience, preferably working at or with Client's.
- Ideal candidate will have experience or familiarity working a variety of project types.
- Experience accurately forecasting deliverables, maintaining database information fields, and understanding the impact of the job to the overall program.
- Ability to work under pressure to manage and meet aggressive timelines and goals.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive team-focused energy and drive.
- Creative problem solver that is able to assemble and evaluate information to determine paths to success.
- Experience with database tracking systems/tools - experience with Client's's processes and tools (FUZE) preferred.
