Advanced Derm Online LLC is seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Woodcliff Lake facility. This role is responsible for managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, fluent in English, and capable of leading in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Experience with e-commerce and Shopify is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Supervise and support warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular counts and proper inventory controls
- Coordinate order fulfillment for e-commerce operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipments
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Implement and improve warehouse procedures and workflows
- Monitor productivity and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Troubleshoot warehouse issues and implement effective solutions
- Prepare reports related to inventory levels, staffing, and operational performance
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, including office staff and leadership
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse management or supervision required
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and order fulfillment preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with inventory systems and warehouse software preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
