Preferably previous experience in women’s health or urogynecology, skilled in critical thinking, patient assessment and education, office procedure set-up and assistance, as well as enhanced understanding of sterile field and patient safety. EMR and computer experience expected. This job requires strong people and organizational skills with the ability to seamlessly multitask. Functions also include medication administration, patient rooming and intake, patient communication and test result explanation, phone triage and willingness to learn and expand your skills.
Advance Gynecology & Pelvic Health Specialists will provide much needed care addressing the common (and less common) problems that many women endure including pelvic pain, prolapse, urinary incontinence, endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, menopause, weight gain, low thyroid and menstrual difficulties to name a few. Unfortunately, these issues are commonly dismissed and trivialized, when, in fact, they contribute dramatically to a diminished quality of life and suffering. We take these issues seriously and are not afraid to “think outside the box”, while working with our patients to diagnose and treat the problem. And having more “tools”, we are more likely to find a satisfactory solution in helping our patient achieve their goal.
We are looking for exceptional, experienced, caring staff to build this practice that will raise the standard for women’s health. They must be detail-oriented, hard workers who are not afraid of being busy, able to multitask and provide quality, compassionate care, always looking out for the patient and fellow coworker. They can anticipate the demand for high quality work and results, strong teamwork and cohesive, supportive, enjoyable, fun environment where the goal and focus is providing the best, most advanced healthcare and welcoming environment for those seeking us out. This is a teaching environment where all are respected, employee knowledge and skills are challenged, developed and grown, and personal and professional growth are encouraged.
