Production Operator

We are seeking a dedicated Intake Production Operator to join their diverse team that makes a difference every day!



Pay: $22.09/hr.

Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm



Essential Functions:

• Safely execute production processes to reconfigure mobile devices using test fixtures and follow work instructions aligned with production schedules.


• Physically unbox, assemble, disassemble, label, and move light assemblies while maintaining accurate data entry and inventory transactions.


• Identify and report quality or safety discrepancies, collaborating with Quality, Engineering, or Management to resolve issues.


• Ensure compliance with labeling standards, regulatory requirements (FDA 21CFR, ISO 13485, cGMP), and use current released procedures.


• Maintain organized, clean workspace suitable for medical device manufacturing and support continuous production flow.


• Accurately perform data entry, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation to maintain floor stock levels.


• Work independently or in small teams to troubleshoot issues, and assist with Receiving, Shipping, and Quality tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production environment, preferably in a Medical Device and/or electronics test environment.


• Basic user understanding of mobile device technology and touchscreens


• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or other ERP Software preferred.


• Proficient in business environment software applications - MS Office.


• Detail-oriented.
