Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities
- Pick, load, delivery all customer orders as needed; verifying quantities and part number match to invoice
- Utilize assigned dispatch software to ensure efficiency of delivery route, accurate communication of ETA to customers, and obtaining of proof of delivery
- Collect payment for all COD customers
- Facilitate customer returns utilizing proper company forms
- Ensure all assigned training certifications are up to date
- Assist in training new staff members as assigned
- Uphold vehicle cleanliness to meet company expectations, including pre/post trip inspections and alerting supervisor of needed repairs to vehicles and/or equipment
- Obey all federal and state motor vehicle laws
- Maintain professional appearance, including appropriate company provided apparel, as well as appearance and operation of vehicle
- Assist in additional department roles and responsibilities as assigned by Parts Manager
- Complete all assigned training including: independent web based and in person classroom offerings, prior to due dates.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must possess a federal Department of Transportation (DOT) medical card.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have Valid Driver’s License
- Must have clean driving record
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
- Must be able to maintain stationary positions throughout the work day due
- Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform required tasks
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods
