Advantage Truck Group (ATG) has a job opportunity for a full-time Parts Delivery Driver. The Parts Delivery Driver ensures the safe, timely, and accurate movement of parts between company warehouses and customer locations.

Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities

• Pick, load, delivery all customer orders as needed; verifying quantities and part number match to invoice
• Utilize assigned dispatch software to ensure efficiency of delivery route, accurate communication of ETA to customers, and obtaining of proof of delivery
• Collect payment for all COD customers
• Facilitate customer returns utilizing proper company forms
• Ensure all assigned training certifications are up to date
• Assist in training new staff members as assigned
• Uphold vehicle cleanliness to meet company expectations, including pre/post trip inspections and alerting supervisor of needed repairs to vehicles and/or equipment
• Obey all federal and state motor vehicle laws
• Maintain professional appearance, including appropriate company provided apparel, as well as appearance and operation of vehicle
• Assist in additional department roles and responsibilities as assigned by Parts Manager
• Complete all assigned training including: independent web based and in person classroom offerings, prior to due dates.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must possess a federal Department of Transportation (DOT) medical card.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have Valid Driver’s License
• Must have clean driving record
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to maintain stationary positions throughout the work day due
• Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform required tasks
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods
