We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a our client located in Irvine. This position will be working onsite.
Pay up to $26 per hour
Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Will be responsible for processing the full cycle AP
- High-volume processing, including 2/3-way matching and purchase orders
- Will process up to 100 invoices per day
- Responsible for month-end AP accruals
- Vendor reconciliations
- Handle research and discrepancies
- Assist with the month-end close process
Requirements for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- HS diploma required
- High-volume AP processing
- Experience working in an automated AP environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with a large ERP systems
- Intermediate Excel skills
