We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our AdventHealth Home Health team. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
In this role, you will provide direct patient care in assigned home settings, meeting the psychosocial and physical needs of patients and their families as outlined in the Plan of Care. You will work under the supervision of an RN case manager or RN Patient Care Supervisor and adhere to regulatory requirements, home health policies, procedures, and standards.
You will also communicate effectively with team members about patient clinical conditions, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Additionally, you will maintain competence in defined/key nursing skills, such as wound care, infusion therapy, disease management, adult education, and medication oversight.
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. The location for this role will be traveling through service areas of Buncombe County, Henderson County, Transylvania County, and Polk County.
Salary : $92,000 - $112,000
