ABOUT THE POSITIONS
We are looking for a talented individual interested in the following categories:
Business Operations
Marketing & Business Development
Things to note: This internship position is unpaid and based out of Jax, FL. Non-local applicants will not be considered. While this will primarily be a remote position, there will be an expectation of attendance at job-sites, meetings, and events.
TIME COMMITMENT
More than likely, you’ll be required through your school to receive school credit for the internship, which will determine the number of hours you’ll need to work each week (approx. 10-15).
If you’re not looking for school credit, we’d still love to have you on our team as we build out our team structure.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Managing Company CRM
Inputting Estimates & Workflow Updating
Scheduling Work Orders and Material Orders
Handling Client Communication
MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Content Creation Posting Monitoring
Basic Graphic Design (Canva) Grid Planning
Assist with Content Ideas Content Shoots
Data Entry for Event Information
Assist with Email Campaigns and Follow Ups
Assist with Outreach and Meeting Coordination
IDEAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Detail and Goal Oriented
Highly Organized and Excels in Time Management
Data Driven with Goal Correlation
Social Media Management and Basic Graphic Design (Canva)
Experience with Various CRM's
While a background in the homebuilding industry is not required, we would love someone who is interested in learning more about the industry and would like to build a career in a similar field.
