What You’ll Do:
Draft, negotiate, and close sophisticated commercial agreements: BPO, SaaS, licensing, global procurement, and beyond.
Serve as a strategic legal partner on high-stakes transactions and regulatory risk.
Advise on cutting-edge issues in AI, data privacy, cybersecurity, and cross-border tech deals.
Collaborate with deal teams on M&A and private equity matters.
Shape internal playbooks and bring best practices to a sophisticated client base.
Who You Are:
8 years in commercial/tech transactions from a top law firm or in-house legal department.
Confident navigating complex, high-dollar contracts with multiple stakeholders.
Proactive, business-savvy, and fluent in both risk management and opportunity spotting.
Admitted in or eligible for the North Carolina bar.
