We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving-Driver with manufacturing experience to join our team This role is responsible for the shipping and receiving of products, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting overall manufacturing operations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Job FunctionsCollect finished goods from all manufacturing departmentsEnter all finished products into Company softwarePrepare and attach packing lists, necessary customer specific labeling, international customs documents, or other necessary shipping documents to packagesPrepare Will Call packages for customer pick upPrepare all DHL/FedEx/UPS World ship/USPS labels for packages shipping out and assist with LTL shipmentsAssist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouseComply with all J&M Products Quality Management System requirementsComply with all J&M Products safety requirements.Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure timely flow of material and finished goods.Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory movements.Assist with loading and unloading material while following all safety protocols.Maintain stock of shipping and receiving suppliesLoad and unload trucks with forklifts.Other duties as deemed necessary.Requirements/Qualifications:3-8 years of experienceMust be either U.S. Citizen or be a U.S. Permanent ResidentMust have reliable way to get to work on-time, each dayKnowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse softwareExperience using DHL/FedEx/UPS softwareStrong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record keepingExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of teamStrong communication skills (English both written and verbal)Ability to lift and carry heavy items and operate material handling equipment (Forklift certification preferred).Operates material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or dollies, to move stock or reorganize storage.Self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressureMust have a valid Class C Driver’s LicenseMust present a DMV report upon being interviewedSchedule – 1st Shift 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.Company DescriptionAerospace Products has over 50 years of manufacturing experience.
