We are seeking a passionate and experienced Client Coordinator to join our team at Southern Colorado's best luxury MedSpa. The Client Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations from the moment they inquire about our services to their post-treatment follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Provide information about our services, pricing, and appointment availability in a professional and courteous manner.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate client appointments efficiently, taking into account their preferences and availability while maximizing the spa's schedule. Utilize our scheduling software to manage appointments and ensure accurate documentation of client information.
- Consultation Coordination: Schedule and coordinate consultations with our aesthetic professionals for clients interested in personalized treatment plans. Ensure all necessary paperwork and pre-appointment instructions are provided to clients prior to their consultations.
- Client Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with clients before and after their appointments to ensure satisfaction with their experience. Address any concerns or questions they may have and provide guidance on post-treatment care as needed.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional treatments or products based on clients' needs and preferences. Provide recommendations and information on our full range of services to enhance the client experience and increase revenue.
- Client Retention: Implement strategies to foster long-term relationships with clients and encourage repeat business. Keep detailed records of client preferences, treatment history, and feedback to personalize future interactions and promotions.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as managing client files, processing payments, and maintaining inventory of retail products. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the spa.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional service and customer experience.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage client appointments and administrative tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare products is a plus.
