For the Medical Assistant position, the job requirements include:
· Triage patients, take vitals and document chief complaint and history
· Prepare equipment and assist provider during treatment and examination of patients
· Phlebotomy, injections, EKG, basic wound care, and other clinically-related skills
· Perform laboratory tests according to instructions
· Properly start lab equipment daily and perform maintenance and controls as scheduled
· COVID-19 testing
· Working knowledge of EMR software preferred, but not required
· Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
· Creating a caring, positive and professional experience for our patients
-Help maintain a clean and organized center.
