Your Role at Affinity: As a General Dentist, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive exams and evaluate x-rays to assess oral health
- Design personalized treatment plans catering to varied dental health concerns
- Advise and educate patients on best oral care practices
- Provide a range of general dental services, from cleaning to cavity fillings
- Collaborate with and refer to our network of specialists as required
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
- 1 year of experience in dental practice
- Valid VT state dentistry license
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Compensation: 30-35% of collections at 98% collection rate
