After-School Dance Instructor (Elementary Level)

Job Description:

Are you passionate about dance and love sharing the energy of K-pop with young dancers? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Dance Instructor to teach fun and high-energy K-pop classes to middle school students. If you have a talent for choreography and a knack for motivating students, this is your chance to inspire the next generation of dancers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging dance classes, teaching students the fundamentals and choreography of K-pop styles.
• Choreograph routines that are age-appropriate and fun, helping students build confidence and skill.
• Foster a positive, supportive environment where students can express themselves and enjoy dance.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive classroom space for all students, with attention to technique and proper movement.

Requirements:

• Experience teaching K-pop dance, with a strong background in choreography.
• Ability to engage and motivate middle school students.
• Strong understanding of dance fundamentals and performance techniques.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and inspiring young dancers.

Schedule: 1-2 hours per week, 1 day per week.

Main Location: El Cerrito, Fall Season
